Questions About Membership
Do I need an account for the free content?
Yes. It takes about 30 seconds. Your account tracks progress, saves your responses, and issues your completion badge when you finish. We won’t spam you.
We would like you to try our content, get some basic information and have the opportunity to try our material before purchasing the year membership access.
What happens when my membership expires?
Your account stays active at the free tier. Your progress and badges stay with you. You won’t be able to access full courses or download resources until you renew.
Can I upgrade from free to individual later?
Yes, anytime. Your progress carries over and you pick up where you left off.
How does agency membership work?
You become the primary contact and get a dashboard to add up to 15 team members. Each person has their own login, tracks their own progress, and earns their own badges.
Can we add more than 15 people to an agency membership?
Contact us. We can work something out for larger teams.
What if someone leaves our agency mid-year?
You can remove and replace team members at any time, as long as the total stays at or under 15.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card for online purchases. Agencies can request an invoice for payment by check or purchase order, contact us to arrange
Is there a discount for students or retired officers?
Not currently. If cost is a genuine barrier, reach out, we’re practitioners too and we want to help where we can.
